Templates and personalization

How outreach templates work, and how Serpfeed personalizes each message to the site you are contacting.

Serpfeed doesn't send the same email to everyone. Each draft is written for the specific site you are contacting and the specific reason a link makes sense, then handed to you to review. You stay in control of the words.

Personalized to the target

The draft is grounded in what your business does and what the target site is about, so it reads like you actually looked at their page, because Serpfeed did. It also recommends which page of your own site makes the most sense to pitch for that particular opportunity.

Steering the draft

Not quite right? Add custom instructions to nudge the tone or angle (say, “keep it short” or “mention our free trial”) and hit Regenerate. You can also just edit the subject and body directly before you send: it is your email.

What it costs

Drafting is free. On the Free plan you get 25 AI-drafted outreaches a month (each generate or regenerate counts as one); paid plans are unlimited. Credits are only spent when you act, when Serpfeed sends an outreach for you or a bot places a link. Editing the text yourself is always free.

A good habit

Read every draft before you send. Serpfeed gets you 90 percent of the way in seconds; a personal line or two from you is what turns a good email into one that gets a reply.
