Every outreach email you send goes out from your own account, never from a Serpfeed address. This is a deliberate choice, and it is the single biggest reason Serpfeed outreach works: a note from a real person at a real business gets replies that a note from an unknown tool never would.
Why it matters
- Replies come to you. The conversation lands in your inbox, so you own the relationship.
- It is credible.Site owners trust a real sender far more than a third-party sending on someone's behalf.
- Your reputation, your rules. Nothing is sent without you pressing send, so your name is never attached to something you didn't approve.
The ways to send
Once Serpfeed has drafted the email, you have a few one-click options:
- Email owner:opens the draft in your computer's default mail app, addressed and ready.
- Open in Gmail: opens a Gmail compose window with everything filled in.
- Copy All: copies the subject and body so you can paste them into any mail client.
- Open contact form: for sites that take submissions through a form instead of an email address.
Verified and unverified contacts
When Serpfeed finds a contact, it labels the address as verified or unverified. A verified address is safer to email; for an unverified one, double-check it looks right before you send.
