1. Information we collect

Account information. Details you provide when you sign up and manage your account, such as your name, email address, and billing information (payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).

Project and campaign data. The websites, competitors, keywords, business descriptions, contact details, and other information you add so we can find opportunities and run your campaigns.

Connected accounts. When you connect a third-party service (for example a search console, analytics, business profile, or social account), we access and store the data and tokens needed to provide the integration. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.

Outreach and submission content. The messages you draft and send, and the information you direct us to enter into third-party forms and directory listings on your behalf.

Usage and device data. Log data, device and browser information, and product analytics about how the Service is used, collected to operate, secure, and improve it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service (discovering link opportunities, enriching prospects, drafting and sending outreach from your identity, and submitting forms and listings at your request), to process payments and manage credits, to secure and troubleshoot the Service, to communicate with you about your account and support requests, to send product and marketing messages where you have chosen to receive them, and to comply with our legal obligations.

3. Information you submit to third parties

Some features transmit information you provide to third-party websites, for example when you ask us to complete and submit a form or directory listing on your behalf. When you do this, you are directing us to send that information to the third party, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it. Once submitted, that information is handled by the receiving website under its own privacy practices, which we do not control.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (providing the Service); our legitimate interests (securing, maintaining, and improving the Service, and preventing abuse); your consent (for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers (subprocessors) that help us run the Service, and only as needed to deliver it. These include providers of cloud hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing, transactional and marketing email, search and backlink data, web automation and data collection, AI processing, image and file storage, mapping, and product analytics. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect it.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete projects and data from within the Service, and you can ask us to delete your account.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent you have given. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To make a request, please contact us and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

10. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the Service is used through privacy-conscious product analytics. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children, and it is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
