What does 'automated' actually mean?

Where a link can be added directly, our bots place it. Otherwise AI drafts and sends outreach: an email to the site owner, or their contact form filled in on your behalf. You can review everything before it goes out, or let it run.

What counts as an outreach, and how does billing work?

Finding opportunities, drafting emails, and monitoring your backlinks are all free. Each plan includes a monthly pool that powers automation: sending an AI outreach uses a small amount, and a successful bot link placement or form-fill uses more (and only if it succeeds: failed attempts are free). The '~ outreaches / month' on each plan is roughly how many emails that pool covers, or you can spend it on automated link placements instead.
