Sending
Does Serpfeed email people on my behalf?
No. Serpfeed drafts the email and finds the contact, but you send it from your own account. Nothing goes to a prospect until you press send, and replies come back to your inbox.
How do I actually send the email?
Once the draft is ready you get one-click options: Email owner opens your default mail app, Open in Gmail opens a Gmail compose window, and Copy All lets you paste it into any client. For sites that use a form, there's an Open contact form button instead.
What does it cost to draft an outreach email?
Nothing: AI drafting is free. On the Free plan you get 25 AI-drafted outreaches a month (each generate or regenerate counts as one); paid plans are unlimited. Credits are only spent when you act, when Serpfeed sends an outreach for you or a bot places a link. Editing the text yourself is always free.
What is a verified vs unverified contact?
When Serpfeed finds an email address, it marks whether the address looks deliverable. A verified address is safer to email; for an unverified one, give it a quick sanity check before you send.
Follow-ups & results
How many times should I follow up?
One or two follow-ups, spaced a week or two apart, is plenty. If there's still no reply, treat it as a no for now and move on to the next opportunity.
How does Serpfeed know a link went live?
A daily sweep checks your target domains. When one starts linking to you, the opportunity is promoted to Live automatically and counted in your Backlinks Won. You don't have to mark it yourself.
What happens if a link I won disappears?
Serpfeed keeps watching your live links. If one drops, it surfaces in your link health view so you can reach back out and try to recover it.
