Managing multiple projects

How to add, switch between, and delete projects, and how your plan's project limit works.

A project is one website and everything Serpfeed does for it: its opportunities, competitors, outreach, and settings. If you run more than one site, or you are an agency handling several clients, you can keep each one in its own project under a single account.

Adding a project

Open the menu under your avatar and choose Add new project. You go through the same short onboarding as your first project, so Serpfeed learns the new site and starts discovering opportunities for it right away.

Switching between projects

The same menu is where you switch projects. Each one keeps its own feed, competitors, and results, so moving between them is like moving between separate workspaces. Whatever project you have selected is the one every screen refers to.

How many you can run

Your plan sets the limit: one project on Free and Starter, five on Growth, and thirty on Scale. Credits, on the other hand, are shared: every project draws from the same account balance, so you spend from one pool no matter how many sites you manage.

Deleting a project

To remove a project, open its settings and use the Danger Zone at the bottom. Deleting a project permanently removes its opportunities, outreach history, and settings; your other projects are untouched.

One login, many sites

Accounts are single-login today, so a team sharing one account shares its projects and credit balance. Higher plans simply raise how many projects that one account can hold.
