What Serpfeed watches
Every link you win is tracked as a live backlink. A daily check keeps each one current, so gains and losses show up on their own. Links that go live count toward your Backlinks Won; links that disappear or weaken are flagged so they don't quietly slip away.
Backlink health
Alongside gained and lost, Serpfeed flags the health of each live link. Three things put a link at risk:
- Toxic source: the linking domain has become spammy or risky.
- Nofollow: the link no longer passes authority to your site.
- Broken: the linking page or the link itself is broken.
Acting on at-risk links
At-risk links are collected so you can deal with them in one place. A link that broke may just need a friendly note to the site owner. A link that turned toxic is a candidate for disavow. The point is to catch these while you can still do something about them.
