Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free lets you onboard and browse your full opportunity feed, because discovery is free. It includes no credits, so acting on opportunities (enriching and outreach) needs a paid plan or a credit pack.
How much do I save by paying annually?
About 20 percent per month versus paying month-to-month. Starter is $49/mo billed annually vs $61 monthly, Growth is $99 vs $124, and Scale is $299 vs $374.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep your current credits until then. Manage it all from the customer portal on the Billing page.
Credits
What uses credits?
Acting on opportunities: enriching one costs 3 credits, sending an automated outreach costs 2, and an automatic directory submission or bot link placement costs 20 (charged only when it succeeds). Discovery, browsing, AI drafting (25 a month on Free, unlimited on paid), and editing a draft yourself are all free.
Do my credits roll over?
Your plan refreshes your credit balance each billing period, so it's best to use your monthly credits within the month rather than counting on them stacking up.
Can I buy more credits without upgrading?
Yes. Credit packs are available as one-off purchases: 500 for $15, 2,000 for $50, or 5,000 for $110. They top up the same shared balance.
Billing
How do I cancel?
Open Billing, choose Manage Subscription, and cancel in the portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing in your account is deleted.
My payment failed. What now?
Your account goes past due and credit-using actions pause, but your data is untouched. Update your card in the billing portal and the charge retries automatically, restoring your plan and credits.
