You can remove a single project yourself, or close your whole account. They work differently, so it is worth understanding each one before you go ahead.
Deleting a project
Open the project's settings and look for the Danger Zone at the bottom. Delete this project removes that project and all of its data: its opportunities, outreach history, and settings. Your other projects and your account are untouched. This can't be undone, so save anything you want to keep first.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings → Account Details and find the Danger Zone at the bottom. Choose Delete account and confirm by typing your email. You'll be signed out straight away, and your account is scheduled for deletion.
Your account and all of its data are kept for 30 days. If you change your mind within that window, just log back in and choose Reactivate account to restore everything. After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted, and your email address is free to use again.
What happens to your subscription
If you're on a paid plan, deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. There's no refund for the current period. Reactivating your account within the 30-day window restores your data but notyour subscription, so you'd need to subscribe again.
If billing is your reason for leaving, remember you can cancel your subscription and stay on the free plan without deleting anything.
You have 30 days to change your mind
