Every opportunity Serpfeed has found for you, and every link you have won, can be downloaded as a CSV. It opens in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or anything else that reads a spreadsheet. Your data is yours, and getting it out should not require asking.
Downloading
Open Linkbuilding and click Export CSV in the top right. The file downloads straight away.
The export follows whichever tab you are on. On Live Backlinks you get just the links you have earned; on In Progress just the ones you are working; on Opportunities just the untriaged ones. The button tells you which you are about to get, and the filename says so too, for exampleserpfeed-your-project-live-2026-07-31.csv.

What is in the file
One row per opportunity, and the same numbers you see on screen: the domain, its Serpfeed Score, domain rating, spam score, referring domains, backlinks, estimated traffic, and which of your competitors link to it. Then the workflow side: status, the contact email or form we found, the page your link should go on, and the dates for when it was discovered, accepted, contacted, submitted, and went live.
Empty cells mean we do not have that piece yet, not that it is zero. A domain we have not enriched has no contact email; one you have not submitted has no submitted date.
A note on opening CSVs
Some values in your export come from other people’s websites: page titles, anchor text, email addresses. Spreadsheets treat a cell starting with an equals sign as a formula to run, which is a well-known way to hide something nasty in an innocent-looking file. Serpfeed marks those cells as plain text before you ever download them, so they show as written and nothing runs.
You may see a leading apostrophe on a handful of cells. That is the marker, it is not part of the value, and most spreadsheets hide it.
